The Turkestanskaya Oblast Women U21 basketball team is a professional basketball team based in Turkestan, Kazakhstan. The team competes in the Kazakhstan Women's Basketball League.

The team was founded in 2020 and is the first professional basketball team in Turkestan. The team is owned by the Turkestan Oblast government and is coached by Yerzhan Abylkassymov.

Turkestanskaya Oblast Women U21 basketball team is one of the most successful basketball teams in Kazakhstan. The team has won one Kazakhstan Women's Basketball League championship in 2022 and one Kazakhstan Women's Basketball Cup in 2021.

The team is made up of young players who are all under the age of 21. The team has a bright future and is expected to be a major force in the Kazakhstan Women's Basketball League for many years to come.
